What do you need from me?
A few clear photos of your product (phone photos work fine), your logo or brand colors if you have them, and one sentence about the feeling you want. If you're not sure about the creative direction, we'll propose one.
How fast will I get my video?
72 hours from the moment we have your photos, for every package. Need it tomorrow? The 24-hour rush add-on is $150.
What if I don't like it?
Every package includes revision rounds (one in Spark, two in Launch, three in Campaign). We iterate with you until it feels right; most clients approve the first or second cut.
What formats do I get?
Spark and Launch deliver vertical 9:16, the native format for Instagram Reels and TikTok. Campaign adds square 1:1 and widescreen 16:9, so the same video works on your website, ads, and Kickstarter page.
Who owns the video?
You do. Full commercial rights, forever, everywhere. No usage fees, no renewals, no fine print.
